Jim Duelmer - President of Vinings Mortgage, USA
Jim Duelmer is president of Vinings Mortgage, a national lender based in Atlanta which he founded in April of 2000. Mr. Duelmer is passionate about the community and has served in various leadership roles throughout metro Atlanta. He is currently chairman of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce- Smyrna Area Council, chairman of fundraising for the Emory-Adventist Hospital Foundation and chairman of the board of SuperSmyrna. He was named Smyrna Business Person of the Year in 2008. Jim is a graduate of the, College of Business at the University of Arkansas and served two terms as president of the Atlanta chapter of the Arkansas Alumni Association. He lives in Smyrna, a suburb of Atlanta, with his wife and two children and enjoys coaching the children’s soccer and baseball teams.
Aaron A. Estis – President Estis Group, USA
Aaron is the president of the ESTIS Group. He advises public executives in agencies at the federal, state and local levels. He started his career as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Office of Management and Budget within the Executive Office of the President. He received a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. Aaron is active in national and local not for profit organizations. Aaron lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
Sarah Ford - Development Coordinator, Covenant Community, Inc., USA
Sarah Ford is the development coordinator at Covenant Community, Inc., a residential life stabilization program for homeless men recovering from substance abuse. She orchestrated all fundraising efforts, totaling approximately 1.6 million dollars since arriving at the organization in April 2006. She is on the committee for Atlanta Homeless Connect and is a speaker at KSU Homelessness Awareness Week. Prior to her involvement at CCI, Sarah served as an intern for the Global Development Initiative at the Carter Center, where she was a member of the Guyana Task Force. Sarah received comprehensive training in conflict resolution/mediation and negotiation during her time at the Carter Center and at Georgia Tech’s Center for Professional Education. She also interned at Searles Consulting, Inc. and the Atlanta Bar Association. She volunteers for VSA Arts of Georgia, Atlanta Charity Clays, and is on the board of directors for STAND (Standing to Achieve New Directions), Inc. Sarah earned her B.A. in International Relations from Agnes Scott College.
Richmond Akumiah - Owner Corporate Capital Group LLC, USA
Richmond currently runs Corporate Capital Group LLC, a consulting firm he founded to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to businesses. Richmond graduated from Harvard University in 1980 with a BA in Engineering and from New York University in 1982 with an MBA in Finance. He started his career with Marine Midland Bank (HSBC) in the Trust Department. After two years with Marine Midland Bank he went on to spend over five years with Pitney Bowes holding roles in Financial Planning, Business Analysis and Mergers & Acquisitions. His career also includes ten years with Dun & Bradstreet in positions ranging from Director of Finance for the New York Region to Director of Global customers attending to D&B’s key customers around the world, and over four years with AT&T as Finance Director in the Business Case Center of Excellence where he led a group of analysts in evaluating AT&T’s investments in IP & Managed Services. Richmond also served as VP Finance and CFO for Hands On Network, a non-profit in Atlanta.
Priscilla Wanyeki - Marketing Professional, USA
Priscilla
is a seasoned marketing professional with 18 years of experience promoting goods and services for a broad variety of consumer and business organizations. She has extensive experience in several industries, including large retailer The Home Depot and national telecommunications and entertainment provider Cox Communications. Her work in telecommunications has earned her several CTAM (Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing) Mark Awards in the commercial services marketing category. She is affiliated with WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) and NAMIC (National Association For Multi-Ethnicity In Communications) and through AMA (American Marketing Association) and CCT (Community Consulting Teams) provides consulting services to clients such as Georgia Micro Enterprise Network (GMEN) and Youth Leadership for Global Health (YLGH). Wanyeki has served on the advisory board for the American Heart Association’s GO Healthy Campaign. Priscilla earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the State University of West Georgia and an MBA from the Stetson School of Business and Economics at Mercer University. She currently resides in Atlanta, Ga., and her interests include traveling, reading and art.
Kim Muhota – Founder and CEO Pertuity, USA
Kim has a passion for consumer finance and is a believer in the fact that we should all be in a position to use our hard earned money to enrich our lives. Mr. Muhota has dedicated himself to this vision and has developed financial products and tools over several years that he now will bring to market through Pertuity. He is the founder and CEO of Pertuity. Prior to founding Pertuity, Mr. Muhota held multiple management positions in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was an executive with the PNC Financial Services Group, a top-10 U.S. bank with more than $125 billion in assets. While at PNC, Mr. Muhota successfully launched and ran two businesses in the consumer finance space: a mortgage company and an investment business. Mr. Muhota has an MBA from The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in International Business from Ohio Wesleyan University.
